Wow, at that rate perhaps by 2060, 0.01% of earths population will be permitted to live on the Moon & Mars. Even then, its only for those that have gone through all the clearance protocol. For the foreseeable future, over 99% of the human population will be quarantined on earth. While some technologies will seem to progress rapidly, others could take decades, even centuries to be cleared for the general population to use.
